Presbyterian Senior Living Appoints Kristin Hambleton VP of Sales and Marketing

Senior living and healthcare provide grows leadership team with the addition of industry executive, Kristin Hambleton

Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL), a leading provider of senior and retirement care services based in Dillsburg, has announced a new Vice President of Sales and Marketing following a competitive national search. Kristin Hambleton will lead the organization’s Sales and Marketing team, a position previously held by Victoria Hess until her retirement in 2018. Hambleton brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and management experience to the position, along with a strong background in the senior living industry.

In Hambleton’s new role, she will be responsible for the oversight, direction, and management of marketing, communications, and census development. She will support the organization’s ability to provide high-quality, compassionate retirement and senior care services. Internally, she will oversee lead management systems and establish staff trainings and education for marketing and admissions personnel. She will also provide personalized direction to all marketing and sales staff at PSL’s more than 30 locations.

Prior joining PSL, Hambleton spent nearly a decade working in the senior living industry. Most recently, she held the role of vice president of sales and business development for Continuum CRM, which offers senior living software solutions. At Continuum CRM, she helped build the company from the ground up, covering all aspects of business development, sales, and marketing on a national level. Previously, she also served as director of sales for Willow Valley Communities, a Ziegler top 50 continuing care retirement community in Lancaster, Pa., where she led the communities growth initiatives. This included managing occupancy for several new expansion projects, increased occupancy within the community, and created a culture of collaboration within the organization.

Hambleton is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a degree in communications and is an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha women’s fraternity. Currently, she serves as president of the fraternity’s Lancaster Alumnae Chapter.
