SCRANTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Huntzinger Management Group, Inc. announced today that it has hired David Tucker as its Vice President of Business Development.

Tucker has held senior executive positions at several leading provider services companies and has been a CIO at a prestigious health system.

Tucker has more than 35 years of health IT experience that includes serving in healthcare administration roles for large provider organizations. He was a charter member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), and was one of the first CHIME CIO members to be selected as a Fellow. Tucker has been a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) since 1987 and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for the majority of his healthcare career. Tucker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Duquesne University, and a Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Florida International University.
