SEI Names David Hintz US Equity Portfolio Manager

SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) today announced the appointment of David Hintz, CFA, as U.S. Equity Portfolio Manager, supporting the company's continued commitment to deepen its investment resources and expertise. In this role, Hintz will be responsible for the management of all U.S. large-cap equity strategies and report to Jason Collins, Global Head of Equity Portfolio Management in the Investment Management Unit at SEI.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hintz has become a leading expert on money manager investment processes, styles, and substyles. His industry thought leadership and experience in manager selection were important to SEI. He was directly involved in the development of an innovative series of benchmark indexes and had notable success as a portfolio manager. Hintz's career included time in Russell Investments' consulting group, manager research group, and funds management group.
