Herron, a partner at the firm, has been elected Board Member and Treasurer of Community Service Foundation (CSF), and Treasurer of Buxmont Academy. CSF and Buxmont Academy are organizations that provide education, counseling, foster care, and other services to troubled and at-risk youth in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Mr. Herron is a member of the business practice group of Wisler Pearlstine, LLP. He represents business entities, financial institutions, municipalities, school districts and private individuals in a wide variety of commercial transactions and financial matters. His practice focuses on the negotiation and documentation of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, and the representation of lenders and borrowers in various types of commercial financing transactions, including construction loans, lines of credit, real estate and asset-secured loans, loan participations, and bond issues. In addition, Mr. Herron also has experience in the areas of zoning and land use, real estate tax assessment appeals, contract law, and general business representation.

Prior to joining Wisler Pearlstine, Mr. Herron served as a staff attorney in the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel, where he represented the Department of Community and Economic Development and the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University (B.S. 1997), Mr. Herron received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2000. Following law school, he completed a judicial clerkship with then President Judge Stephen J. McEwen, Jr., of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
