MedSurvey, a leading medical market research firm, announced today that it has appointed co-founder Paul Golota as Chief Executive Officer. The new position took effect July 3rd.
"Paul's sheer determination has been the driving force responsible for taking MedSurvey to the next level," says co-founder and former President Sharon Ricca. "It is an exciting time for the company and I'm thrilled to get to watch (from my beach chair) as he continues to bring amazing innovation and passion to the medical market research space. My wisest decision was choosing Paul as a partner, and now 'passing the gavel' to him."
As Executive Vice President, Golota lead the company to over 2x growth over the past two years. Among some of his recent initiatives, he has been responsible for: rebranding the company as MedSurvey to better reflect its experience and focus; building out recruiting capabilities by heavily investing in building relationships with the healthcare community; and focusing the company on delivering a "wow" survey experience to all survey participants.
Golota, an avid student of business, technology, and psychology, is known for cultivating a strong and innovative company culture. "Paul's ability to propose and implement new ideas has had a tremendous impact on the team's ability to pull together and achieve great things," says Vice President Gennadiy Geyler. "In addition to being able to focus on and create passion around the company mission, he also successfully addresses day-to-day challenges in a way that aligns with our long-term goals."
"I'm incredibly honored and excited to step into this position," says Golota. "We have, what I believe to be, the most talented team in the business. We are positioned to be the gold standard in medical market research surveys, and it will be our goal to bring great things to this industry - both for research firms and survey participants."
As a result of MedSurvey's growth, the company will more than double its current office footprint, with expansion and total renovation to be completed by the end of August.
MedSurvey helps organizations gather quality healthcare data by conducting surveys with knowledgeable healthcare professionals and patients. For over 40 years, MedSurvey has been associated with being a leader in the recruitment of healthcare respondents for medical surveys. Much of MedSurvey's success today is attributed to their focus on using technology to create outstanding survey experiences and cultivating deep relationships with the medical community to recruit outside of traditional panels.
