NORRISTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LCR Embedded Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheila Golden, former Controller, as Chief Financial Officer. Golden will report to LCR Embedded Systems President David Pearson.
Golden’s history with the company is extensive, stretching back before LCR Embedded Systems even existed as a product division of LCR Electronics. When she arrived at the company, it was a fraction of its current size, both in terms of space and revenue. During her tenure as Controller, she led LCR Electronics through the financial process of acquiring several other companies in the areas of military filters and electronics packaging, as well as seeing the chassis, backplanes, and integrated systems part of the business through a spin-off process that led to the creation of LCR Embedded Systems when the EMI filters side (LCR Electronics) was sold to Astrodyne in 2013.
