Fairlane Village Mall has welcomed two new tenants this summer. Benigna's Creek Vineyard & Winery's wine store and T-Mobile are now open for business at the 405,000-square-foot Pottsville retail property.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) of North Plainfield, N.J., serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for Fairlane Village Mall. LMC Leasing Representative Barry Borsky negotiated both transactions. The 800-square-foot Benigna’s Creek retail shop, which relocated from Frackville, Pa., features more than 20 varieties of quality, affordably priced wine.

Wireless voice and data communications services provider T-Mobile is operating in a 1,065-square-foot space at Fairlane Village Mall.
Well-located on Route 61 and co-anchored by Kohl’s, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Boscov’s department store, Fairlane Village Mall features a lineup of national, regional and local tenants. Fairlane Village Mall, which serves a growing residential population of more than 92,000 people within a 10-mile radius, also hosts a full calendar of year-round community-based events including Red Cross blood drives, job fairs, consignment sales, craft shows, and bridal and tourism expos, to name a few. The daily traffic count passing the retail property on Route 61 is 20,000 vehicles.
