Mrani Eyebrow Threading & Spa is the latest tenant to join the diverse retail mix at Centre Plaza in Bensalem. The beauty-focused service provider leased 1,700 square feet at the 43,550-square-foot shopping center, according to commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC) of North Plainfield, N.J., the property’s exclusive leasing and managing agent.
LMC Leasing Representative Jordan Korris arranged the long-term lease.

Centre Plaza serves a growing residential population of almost 270,000 people with an average household income of nearly $77,000 within a five-mile radius. Some 27,000 vehicles pass the property each day.The popular neighborhood shopping center is proximate to Parx Casino, the largest casino gaming complex in Pennsylvania.
Remaining space availabilities at Centre Plaza range from 1,100 to 3,400 square feet, and can be combined for up to 6,800 square feet.
