Penn Community Hires Three Experienced Professionals

Bucks County-based mutual financial institution continues to add talent to its expanding administrative, lending, and insurance teams

Penn Community Bank, Bucks County’s leading independent, mutual financial organization, is pleased to announce the addition of three experienced professionals to its administrative, lending, and insurance teams.

Peter R. Palumbo joins Penn Community Bank as a mortgage loan officer and Renee Schoeller as an advertising and community relations specialist, while Diane Newman joins Penn Community Insurance as a Personal Lines Producer.

With more than 25 years of experience in sales and management, Palumbo has consistently delivered impressive revenue results and company growth over the course of his career. A resident of King of Prussia, his strong interpersonal skills have helped him build exceptional customer relationships, which is an important tenet of business philosophy at Penn Community Bank. He oversees mortgage lending for several Upper Bucks County communities, including Quakertown, Richlandtown and Milford.

A resident of Perkasie, Schoeller brings communications experience from other industries to her work at Penn Community Bank. A 2013 graduate of Hofstra University, she is responsible for communicating the bank’s message and brand to the communities it serves. She also is responsible for event planning and coordinating promotional materials for the marketing department.

Meanwhile, Newman brings a wealth of business experience accumulated over more than three decades to Penn Community Insurance. She has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an insurance representative for regional and national insurance agencies throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. She lives in North Wales.
