ALLENTOWN, Pa., June 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. today announced the successful completion of a $10 million private placement of subordinated debt for Regal Bancorp, Inc. The security was issued as a ten year fixed to float structure maturing in 2027 with a five year redemption option.
