Four Penn Community Bank team members have spent at least four decades each in banking

Fourteam members of Penn Community Bank have been honored by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association for devoting 40 years or more to a career in banking.

The four team members are:


Jan Bacchi, Loan Origination Underwriter


Susan Matthias, Riegelsville Branch Manager


Joy Rogoza, Senior Compliance Manager (BAS/AMI)

Phyllis Venturino, Deposit Operations Specialist

“Jan, Susan, Joy and Phyllis exemplify the standards of professionalism and customer service to which our entire team aspires,” said Penn Community Bank President and CEO Jeane M. The four were honored this spring by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association for their longtime service to the banking industry. Bacchi lives in Sellersville while Matthias lives in Quakertown, and Venturino lives in Bristol, all in Bucks County, Pennsylvania; Rogoza lives in Hamilton, New Jersey.
