Long & Foster Real Estate’s Ridley/Folsom office, located in Folsom, Pennsylvania, recently honored its annual award winners for their 2016 achievements.
The Mike Mulholland Team was named the top team by total volume, the top team by listing volume and the top team by buyer’s volume for 2016. The team also earned the Master’s Club Award.
Debbie Disciascio was named as the office’s top individual agent and the top agent by listing volume for 2016 and earned the Chairman’s Club Award. Deb Toner was named as the office’s top individual agent by buyer’s volume and earned the Chairman’s Club Award. Janeen Cornnell was honored with the office’s Outstanding Service Award and the Chairman’s Club Award.
President’s Club Award winners for the Ridley/Folsom office for 2016 included Norm Carey and Matt Lenza. Agents earning the Director’s Club Award included Steve Jefferis, Mary Lou Getty, Jacki Sop and Robin Taylor. Five agents earned the Executive’s Club Award, including Lauren Asselta, Brian Gibson, Dave Peltz, Kelli Ezekiel and Helena Nicholls.
Heather Miller, who joined the Ridley/Folsom office in February 2016, was named as the office’s 2016 Rookie of the Year.
