Seltzer Financial Strategies and Equity Concepts North (ECN), comprehensive financial services firms, are uniting under Equity Concepts, a Richmond, Virginia-based firm whose registered representatives serve clients in over 40 states and manage more than $875 million in assets.
Led by Amy Seltzer and David Halpern, each of the Altoona organizations have experienced great success as independent practices in the Pennsylvania market. The strategic merger of the offices with Equity Concepts is part of a growth strategy to increase resources available to all clients of the firm and expand the firm's mid-Atlantic footprint.

With the addition of Seltzer Financial and ECN to its brand, Equity Concepts enhances its already robust team. The organization has assembled a collection of advisors with a variety of professional backgrounds, including multiple CFP's and MBA's, as well as a CPA and JD. Working together across all parties, clients will have access to specialists in areas, such as estate planning and alternative investments.
