Saul Ewing LLP today announced that Kevin A. Wiggins, Special Counsel and a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice, has been elected a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing justice through rigorous research on the law, legal processes, and the law's impact on our society.

The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. The Fellows support the research of the ABF through their annual contributions and sponsor programming of direct relevance to leaders of the legal profession.

Mr. Wiggins concentrates his practice on consulting and representing clients in executive compensation, health and welfare plans, ERISA reporting and disclosures and retirement and 401(k) plans.  He actively contributes to the firm’s HR Total Rewards blog, which reports on many of these same issues.

Mr. Wiggins earned his law degree from Cornell Law School, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida.
