VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) announced today that Kirk R. Oliver will leave his position as UGI’s chief financial officer in early 2018. UGI is commencing a search for Mr. Oliver’s successor.
