Incline Equity Partners has recapitalized Rock Falls, Illinois-based Hartland Controls, a provider of electrical system components for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning markets, according to a source familiar with the transaction. No financial terms were disclosed. Twin Brook Capital provided $55 million to back the recap.
