Anthony & Sylvan Pools Appoints Dina Rutstein as Senior Human Resources Director

Anthony & Sylvan Pools today announced the hiring of Dina Rutstein as the Senior Human Resources Director. Rutstein has been working in the role as interim for Anthony & Sylvan since October. Since joining the company, she has overseen multiple HR projects and initiatives including the 2017 A&S Health Benefit renewal and annual enrollment, company-wide recruiting, the 2016/2017 annual performance management process, HR Technology enhancements and electronic paystubs as well as Compliance and Training and Development.

Rutstein brings more than 20 years of human resource experience to Anthony & Sylvan. Prior to joining the company, Rutstein opened her own New York-based consulting practice and worked as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Emmi Roth USA, and Senior HR Director, North America for BIC.

Rutstein graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in English Literature from City University of New York-Queens College, where she also attended a two-year study abroad program at the Université Paris X Nanterre.
