Megan D. Dalton is a memberof the firm’s Litigation practice group whose primary practice areas include complex civil and commercial litigation, and resolution of business disputes, with an emphasis on construction law, representing contractors, subcontractors, school districts, and various other parties in construction related matters. She is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Ms. Dalton graduated from Villanova University School of Law, magna cum laude, and received the Raynes, McCarty, Binder, Ross & Mundy Legal Writing Award for the Best First Year Brief. She received her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in sociology and minor in Spanish.
