AC Lordi Names Steve Gambone Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AC Lordi, a boutique accounting and management consulting firm, announced today that Steve Gambone has been named Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO). In addition to overseeing corporate finance and treasury, Gambone will provide executive leadership for human resources, technology, training, staff development, legal/contracts, and facilities.

Gambone has more than 35 years of experience in financial operations management, cash forecasting, M&A evaluation, and operations oversight. He has served as interim controller/CFO for numerous organizations where he assisted with transactions, transitions or other projects. Prior to joining AC Lordi, he was CFO for a $120 million private equity-owned company where he managed capital requirements, banking and lender relationships, financial reporting and control, and financial operations, as well as controller for a $2 billion publicly-held diversified international manufacturing company.
