In addition to overseeing corporate finance and treasury, Gambone will provide executive leadership for human resources, technology, training, staff development, legal/contracts, and facilities.

He has served as interim controller/CFO for numerous organizations where he assisted with transactions, transitions or other projects. Prior to joining AC Lordi, he was CFO for a $120 million private equity-owned company where he managed capital requirements, banking and lender relationships, financial reporting and control, and financial operations, as well as controller for a $2 billion publicly-held diversified international manufacturing company.
