Primus Technologies Corp. announces that Frank Pellegrino (17% shareholder), after 23 years of service, is leaving the Company to pursue other ventures outside of the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. Mr. Pellegrino served as Primus' Vice President of Sales & Marketing and as Corporate Secretary. Chris Sullivan, Chairman and CEO of Primus said, "We wish Frank well in his new endeavors and thank him for his many years of service." Mr. Pellegrino added, "Primus is a global leader in Electronics Manufacturing Services, and I am confident in the company's continued success under its current leadership. I'm grateful to have been part of an organization so committed to its people and customers."

In connection with his departure, Mr. Pellegrino also sold his Primus shares to the Company. All Primus shares are now owned by the Sullivan family, including Jerry Sullivan, Executive Chairman, Chris Sullivan and immediate Sullivan family members.
